I spoke to few businesses before because of the damp in the flat I rent. Each time I was getting different answers to my questions and the quotes my landlord couldn’t pay. Micken was friendly, patient and professional from start to end. He was actually listening to what we needed with the great result and job done quickly for the price my landlord was happy with. We were having a lot of mould and condensation problems, they came, did a quick but thorough survey of the property and suggested installing a ventilation supply. It made an enormous difference, we used to get noticeable mould growth on the walls every 1-2 weeks, now its been just under two months and theres been no mould whatsoever, and condensation levels have also significantly dropped. We were really worried about the mould so this was a great relief. Very professional and communicative, would highly recommend!
