Very disappointed with this service. I had to chase for my report twice. The report didn't include a quote or any of the information we spoke about during the 15 min in person evaluation. I still don't have the full report 3 weeks after the initial meeting.

Micken from Damp and Mould Solutions gave me quote for work needs to be done in my house. It was quite expensive £1800 for not a big job ,when I asked why so expensive he explained they will use special materials Sika . Then I said okay as I know material is expensive.
They arrived on time , they work 3 hours first day and two on the second day , they decided to use sand and cement cheapest material on the market.I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice 🤔
I paid half before they started and another half I should pay after they finished. When I raise questions why he used cheapest material Micken said they decided on the day to change it. Why was necessary ruined my new floor he said they investigate it but they haven’t done no work on the floor.

They ruined my 4 square meters new oak floor unnecessarily.
So I’m waiting when Micken will take me to court he lying to me regarding material.

We were having a lot of mould and condensation problems, they came, did a quick but thorough survey of the property and suggested installing a ventilation supply. It made an enormous difference, we used to get noticeable mould growth on the walls every 1-2 weeks, now its been just under two months and theres been no mould whatsoever, and condensation levels have also significantly dropped. We were really worried about the mould so this was a great relief. Very professional and communicative, would highly recommend!
